This is a pressure reduction boot for the foot and heel, ambulation version because it comes with a removable, soft, non-slip rubber sole that allows patients to walk comfortably. The mechanism of the boot is such that it keeps the heel in floating position that prevents pressure from forming. By eliminating pressure of friction on the heel, blood circulation is enhanced.

The splint frame also helps to resist plantar flexion while providing a dynamic push toe extension for the correction of foot drop, foot/ankle contractures and deformity.
