The information is provided by CozMedix and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, CozMedix takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Please consult your doctor, physician or pharmacy before purchasing any medical products, especially if using them for the first time.
Orders placed in the UK and Ireland will be delivered within 3-7 working days for our stock items/colours. Delivery times will be longer for the rest of the world. We will confirm the delivery time once we know the country of destination. We endeavour to have all goods delivered within the specified delivery time. If our stock levels cause your delivery to be delayed, we will inform you immediately and advise you of when you will receive your order. If you would prefer not to wait, we will offer you an alternative or refund your money in full. However, we can not be responsible for postal delays.
Your order will be confirmed by email. This email will confirm the items purchased, delivery charge applicable etc. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order until we have taken full payment and your order has been dispatched. If for whatever reason we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email or phone.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, other credit cards and PayPal by using our secure online server. Alternatively, you can also choose to pay over the phone or send a cheque. Please note that your order will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Pricing is shown in British Pounds Sterling, Euro and American Dollars. If you would like to pay with an alternative currency or pay by a different method that is not already mentioned, please call us to complete your transaction over the phone as we accept other currencies over the phone.
Due to the nature of our products, an item is only eligible for return provided it is in the same condition in which it was delivered. It is very important that you check your goods upon receipt to ensure that they match those that were ordered.
We will not accept returns after a period of 14 days has elapsed. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or provide a refund if the item has been tried, damaged, used or worn. Unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect or fault. If the faulty item has been tried on or used, please launder or make sure it has been cleaned before returning it to us.
If we have made a mistake with your order, provided you return the goods in the original packaging unused, we will exchange the item or give you a full refund including shipping cost. Otherwise, there will be a 10% charge on the item and shipping cost will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to refund, replace or exchange an item until we have received it back.
Your happiness is also important to us and we will do our best to be as accommodating as possible.
