Mediven® Plus is the time tested compression hosiery for venous diseases that require advanced qualities. It is the comfortable alternative wherever a firmer, yet stretchy knit is required. A comfortable alternative for a broad therapeutic range and can be recommended for severe varicose veins and advanced venous disease. It is suitable for men and women; fashionable and inconspicuous; opaque; hard wearing; durable and particularly comfortable for sensitive skin and large thighs. It is machine washable.

Indications: Class 1(18-24mmHg) RAL Standard is suitable for mild varicosis without significant predisposition to oedema, early varicosis in pregnancy. Class 2 (24-32mmHg) RAL Standard is suitable for more noticeable symptoms, pronounced varicosis with formation of oedema, post-traumatic swelling after healing of minor ulcers, after thrombo-phlebitis, to stabilise the results of sclerotherapy and varicotomy, more severe varicosis in pregnancy. Class 3 (34-46mmHg) RAL Standard is suitable for all late complications of constitutional or post-thrombotic venous insufficiency, significant predisposition to oedema, secondary varicosis, atrophie blanche, dermatosclerosis and after healing of severe ulcers, particularly recurrent ulcers.
