Sizes Available for Single Belt and Double Belt (Measure Waist Circumference):

32 inch, 34 inch, 36 inch, 38 inch, 40 inch, 42 inch and 44 inch

(If you measure inbetween sizes, you can go up a size or two to allow room for adjustments and for comfort. Depending on your body.

Depth of Belt and Pad Size:

The single belt depth is 4.5cm with a 10cm (4 inch) diameter pad

The double belt depth is 9cm with a 13.5cm (5 inch) diameter pad
